ORDERING PROCEDURE:
1.
Print
the order form by clicking on the link below.
2.
Complete
the order form and sign.
3.
Email
orders@cfmagencies.co.za for a quotation on
delivery, then and add this to your payment.
4.
Make
payment by electronic funds transfer or cheque deposit into
the FNB account listed at the bottom of the order form (when doing a cash deposit
there is an additional fee to add onto your payment, this is not applicable when making an
EFT payment).
5. Credit
card payments can be arranged at an additional charge of 10% on the total transaction.
6. Fax
or email the completed and signed order form together with your proof of payment to:

7. You
will be notified of dispatch and delivery details.
